Having laid before my Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty your letter of the 29th instant;  I am commanded by their Lordships to acquaint you that they have been pleased to give an Order to the Navy Board to cause the Sum of Thirty Guineas to be paid to Mr William Westhall for the Drawings to which you allude.
