Admiralty Office. 20th Novr. 1812

Sir,

I have received and laid before my Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty your letter, of this day's date, recommending that the sum of forty guineas should be paid to Mr. Westall, for a picture of Murray's island, intended to illustrate the account of Captain Flinders's voyage, and I am commanded by their Lordships to acquaint you that they have given an order to the Navy Board for payment of the account in question to Mr Westall.

Their Lordships, upon this occasion, have directed me
