Admiralty Office. 16th July 1812.

Sir,

Referring to the letter which was addressed to you, by command of my Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty, on the 23rd of May last, I am directed by their Lordships to acquaint you that the picture to which that letter referred having been delivered into this Office by Mr. Westall, my Lords have this day given an order to the Navy Board for paying to him the sum of seventy guineas on account thereof.
