Sir  Jh. B. presents his best C to Capt H & thereby him to his Lte & the Master Fleet [indecipherable] in it: he takes however the Liberty & suggests that he doubts whether the Terms in their Conduct of the desertment of Government from which the charge of the  Colony of N.S.W. has lately been [indecipherable] is likely of [indecipherable] the goodwill of the chief of it or induce him & [remainder indecipherable]
