Having laid before my Lords Commissioners of the Admirality your Letter of the 3rd Instant, I am commanded by their Lordships to acquaint you that they have been pleased to give an order to the Navy Board for W.Westhall being paid the Sum of Forty Guineas for the Picture therein alluded to, intended to to be attached to the Publication of Captain Flinders's Voyage.
