          I had the honour to convey from Captain Flinders prisoner in the Isle of France Letters he addressed to you - As I know it would alleviate Captain Flinders's melancholy situation to know that he is not forgotten by you I take the liberty to inform you that then occurs at this Moment a certain & Speedy conveyance to the Isle of France
