P.S. While I was away in the Lady Nelson a variance happened at Parramatta betwixt some of our people & the Natives, whereby the latter killed one of the former and wounded a few others, & also plundered some houses. I believe the Gov. gave strict orders to shoot them, & the military went in quest of them several times, but were not able to meet with them.
