He thinks that he would go if £50 a year & his Provisions were allowd him. his Father was a Carpenter he could act as an armerer & while Smith has been employd by Mr La Roux & Emery as a Watchmaker & by Mr Adams & by Mr Nairne as a mathematical instrument maker he has tools as a Watchmaker & a mathematical instrument maker which he could take with him.
