& very beautifull, but the Seed of the Duchess, which is in the same box, is still more so, it grows in a good rich Soil & I have never seen it on dry or Sandy grounds - the seeds are in a small box - all the other Seeds of which there is no great quantity, grow on dry Sandy or Stony Soils.  The Seed of the Duchess or Cumberland Tree, are just gather'd, the Tree flowers in february, March & April. I am now getting drawings of all the flowering Shrubs in this Country, & which with the Shrubs dried, may when I return give an information which my ignorance in botany prevents.
