Dear Sir Joseph,

We are getting on with the Equipment of the Porpoise for New Sth Wales, and nothing now seems to require deciding upon but the mode of constructing the Garden; I should be glad to receive some Plan from you for the purpose, but I rather wish it was convenient for you to fix some day to meet Sir John Henshaw & Govr King at Debtford Yard to determine upon it. Sir John has taken a great deal of Pains in providing for the accommodation of the Various Passengers, and has a great desire to make this ship as compleat for the purpose for which she is intended as
