with said Mr William Matthews, as He is properly authoriz'd to transact Business on our behalf with the same power that we could do if personaly present. The Silver etc Medals are not yet ready, owing to the accident that befel the Reverse side of the Die, but we presume our Mr Boulton hath wrote you the needfull relative there to

P.S. Our servant who is to Sink the Reverse, or ship side of Medal Die, hath not been able to work since we rec'd your order for the Silver Medals. But we are in Hopes He will be able to do a little Tomorrow, and depend not a moment of time shall be lost to complete the execution.
