Narrative up to 12 noon, 6/2/15
Yesterday morning, a small mixed detachment from EL KUBRI, reconnoiting GEBEL MURR came in contact with a small hostile force. We lost 1 Sowar, killed. The night passed without incident.
Hostile force behind GEBEL HABEITA was unchanged this morning.
The enemy's losses south of TUSSUM on the morning of 4th inst, were:- 59 killed, 58 wounded, 190 prisoners, and 3 maxims.
