(Are there any doubts in their minds that the hundreds of thousands of pounds appaihrated placed appropriated annually upon 1 Estimates for for "Public Instruction" have not been expended to the best advantage?
The people There shd be satisfaction There and no doubts. Justification f of systems & of expenditures, can be found in the behaviour, courage, patritism, self abregation of self & intelligence of the "Grand Army" of Australians who have pleged and are pressing still, their devotion to the Imperial State Empire on the battlefields of three Continents - Europe, Asia, Africa.
