A beautiful fine day Nothing special doing. Went for a stroll down to Barford in the afternoon.

Sunday
After Ascension

Just the same old Camp Sunday Had a stroll through the woods between our camp and the Dinton Rd in the afternoon Went to a Y.M.C.A. Service in the evening Nice fine weather. Heard today that 2nd Lft Rochester has been killed in France. He was one of our original 1st Coy boy & only [indecipherable]

Nothing of importance to note. In the evening went to a Concert in Camp. Very good.

Just going along as usual. Still looking after No. 8. Canteen. Weather very warm.
