4. The Machine Gun Barrage will commence at Zero plus 7.
5. (a)A contact patrol distinguished by a black streamer on or near edge of left wing will fly over the front from Zero till the final objective is reached.
(b) Red flares will be lit by leading troops 20 minutes after reaching each objective, at which time a contact "plane will call for them by Klaxon Horn or firing a White Very Light.
(c) In addition, Infantry will light flares whenever an aeroplane calls for them.
