The 10th saw further activity in the artillery line. Our guns & mortars began to spread German sand bags over the landscape, continues for a few minutes quite unopposed. Then the answer came by way of a rifle grenade, whizz-bangs & and heavier shells. This was kept up for the best part of the afternoon but very little damage resulted.
