handkerchiefs, soap, tooth brushes & such like things
(2) that our wounded here in Egypt should have everything they want in the way of suitable clothing & every comfort & luxury that the heart could desire.
(3) that our wounded who have been sent back to Australia & who had to face monsoon season in the Indian Ocean should be well supplied with suitable summer clothing & should have everything to make the voyage home as pleasant comfortable as possible.
All these good things were provided & donated often at great sacrifice by the people of Australia & were handed over to the representatives of the Australian Red Cross Society for distribution but not to Y.M.C.A. building funds.
