Marlborrough, deeply implicated in the Rebellion, which makes the safety of my dispatches more uncertain.

I have now only to refer their Lordships to His Majesty's Secretary of State for the Colonies; for farther information, assuring them of every endeavour, on my part, to support the honor and dignity of my situation.
