Sir

          I have received your letter of this day's date, & have only to observe that as Commanding Officer of the New South Wales Corps, I expect my orders to be obeyed.  Unless a Superior Power thinks proper to interfere with the interiour [interior] Management, & Discipline, of the Regiment.

M.R.O - It appearing [appears] that an Augmentation of the Corps has taken place in England and Captn Kemp having arrived here from Port Dalyimple he is to be borne on the Books of the Corps as Captain in Second untill
