By His Honor Gerge Johnston Esq.r, Lieutenant Governor of His Majesty's Territory of New South Wales, and it's dependencies, &c, &c, &c.

You are hereby required and directed to haul down the broad pendant now flying on board the colonial Schooner Estramina lying at anchor in this Harbour under your command for which this shall be your authority.

Given under my hand at Head-quarters, Sydney, New South Wales, this 27th day of January 1808.
