          With this you will receive a variety of Packages being all the Seeds I have left.  the first Parcel you had about a Week ago returnd in the Box you sent me with Specimens from the Cape they were all as you would See by the Baskets from Col:  Murray.

Of these sent to day

Nº. 1. is a parcel receivd yesterday from Mr. [Mezers?] to whom I beg you will give my Complts the Catalogue is enclosd.

Nº. 2.  A large Box from Mr. Blane brother to Dr. Blane they are from the East Indies.

Nº. 3.  A Parcel from Roxburgh also East Indies

Nº. 4.  A Nutmeg enclosd in a Liquor which it is supposd will retain the vegetative principle this was sent by Lord Macartney from the Straits of Sunda & will be much enquird after    Particular care of it is therefore necessary.

Nº. 5.  Seeds from Bulem on the Coast of Africa - sent by W. Dalrymple.

Nº. 6.  A Bottle being Seeds of a new & beautifull Species of Eleagnus from Hudson's Bay which will bear our Climate  sent by Mr. Macnab.

     I hope you will receive them Safe & that they will Flourish. I expect another parcel from [indecipherable] daily which shall be forwarded the moment it is received.
