By William Bligh Esquire, Captain General and Governor in Chief in and over His Majesty's Territory of New South Wales and it's dependencies Captain of His Majesty's Ship Porpoise and Senior Officer of His Majesty's Ships and Vessels employed within the said Limits &c, &c, &c.

You are hereby required and directed to proceed on board His Majesty's Ship Porpoise under my Command and report to me the state in which you find Mr.Lye confined and particularly on his situation with respect to health according to his Letter being informed by him he is closely kept to his Cabin.
