it is now to be found in all collections of old china but in those made at the beginning of th century no such china is to be found at her insistence in Queen Carolines cabinet at Windsor where 9/10 of the china is blue & white or white Lady Banks knows that the old porcelain blue & white is in Paint of material much superior to all the other china she wishes if can to obtain some account of the comparative degrees of imperfection in those that are ornamented with a variety of colors as she is inclind to think that they are coerce in the bisquit in proportion as they are gaudy in the Painting
Excuse my dear Sir this string of questions I know they must cause you some trouble to get them properly answerd your situation gives you an opportunity which very few of our friends can obtain of getting there dark spots properly illuminated in short you have the Power of doing if your inclination leads you to do it & you will materialy oblige your friends here by doing what they cannot get done by any other Person.
