12th Oct. Nov.

People in Weymouth still rejoiceing over the victory. All day bells have been ringing and at 12 o clock hooters were blowing for ten minutes or more. The boys here in this place takes things pretty quiet it is mostly because they are finished with the war in any case as they are marked for Australia.  I had more good news today for I have been warned that I am on a boat roll for ship D29. I wont be able to have any leave here now for if I go I will be struck off the boat roll and I dont want any of that. The sooner the boat goes the better I will like it I dont want any leave.  There is only one thing wrong now. I have'nt heard from Tom for over a months and I have been begining to think.
