fulfilled on the part of the said John Blaxland, and the said John Blaxland further Covenants and agrees with the said John Palmer Commissary as aforesaid in [indecipherable] following, that is to say, That in Case all the said Cattle should happen to die after being put into the said John Blaxlands possession. In such Case the said John Blaxland shall be subject to the payment of Thirty pounds per Head for the Cows and for the ewes Two pounds each and in the event of any dying and the said John Blaxland should thereby be unable to return to Government by Instalments the number herein before stipulated to clear his Debt at the times agreed upon Then and in that Case the Amount due by means of such failure in the Contract shall be paid for in good Bills on England at Thirty pounds per Head, And Lastly, that at the end of four Years from the date hereof a Balance shall be struck and paid to Government, in failure whereof the said Stock on property to the Amount thereof, is to be liable to seizure unless Instantly liquidated as aforesaid by Bills on England as the Governor may see most to the Interest of the Crown,
