of the case I am so well satisfied with the general Tenet of Mr. Menzies former conduct while being for Several years acquainted with him that I am ready in Case their Lordships think it Proper to offer myself in any I shape they shall direct to become the security for his returning to his duty & rendering submitting himself of any period they may think proper amenable & the whenever he shall be Calld upon by their Lordships to such orders as they shall be pleasd to give in his Case.
