Sir,

Mr. Nepean having by his letter of 28th Instant, signified to us the directions of the Right Honorable the Lord Commissioners of the Admiralty to send as soon as possible onboard His Majesty's Sloop Investigator the Men of Science about to proceed in her on a Voyage of Discovery; We signify the same for your information, and request you will hasten these Gentlemen onboard.
