on Reperusing the minutes of the 13 of Jany I find we are invested with Such Full power on the Subject of your Observatory that if you think your brother can be usefully Employed in Conjunction with Mr Crossly I beg you will do what you think most advantageous, & let him be Employd Conjointly without any further Communication with the board that no time may be Lost
