be properly shown upon the small scale to which he is, at present, confined; that the price of this would be seventy guineas, and that you should approve of his having authority to execute it; my Lords direct me to inform you that they accede to your opinion, and consent that Mr Westall should be directed to paint the larger sized picture, as you have recommended.
