My health has been considerably better since I used the Bath Water, but I cannot yet venture to expose myself much to the sun.  As the Packet brought me no letters I apprehend you to not expect I should arrive so soon -  That I may have the happyness to see you well is the earnest wish of

I have inclosed a list of the plants to the Admiralty but none marked off in the column for Kew as your List has them -

I arrived here on the 5th Febry since which this has been the final Packet that has arrived or sailed
