of having her sent to Botany Bay for about the Money I mention I dare say the Mayor wod be very ready to send her off, but he is fearfull of drawing upon the City & Inhabitants a vast expence & more than is usual in such cases - I some time since, twice, applied to Mr. Cawthorne one of our Members to request him to get an Order for her removal, & his answer to me was, that there was no accommodation for female Convicts; I have now before me a Letter from Lord Sydney to that effect & thot [thought] that as soon as there was any accommodation for them that I shod have had an Order for the removal of the Girl in question in consequence of Mr Cawthorne's application; As that is not the case I wod submit to you whether I had not better apply again in the same way ~ The Mayor &c are much obliged to you for the trouble you have given yourself & I think I may venture to assure you that they will readily agree to any Plan you propose for her removal Provided the expences thereof can be nearly ascertained & I must further beg leave to observe, that I will do every thing
