Mr. Richards Jnr. most respectfull compliments waits on Sr. Joseph Banks & returns him his sincere thanks for his very Kind Letter - he troubles Sr. Joseph Again to inform him that he was informed on Tuesday by Mr. Pollock at the Secretary of State's Office that another embarkation of Convicts was intended early in September.  If so the Contract for Conveying them as well as for Provision of Necessaries for the Settlements must be coming in very soon, previous to which time WR could be happy to lay before
