then the Steward of the Court bringing with him the Court Rolls & the writs of Levari Facias by which he has from time to time been authorised to Levy amercements will be sufficient but I wish to know whether his Evidence will be admissible if he has a right of Common on the Fens, & also whether the Court Rolls & Levari Facias will not be sufficient without viva voce evidence.
