and seeing that it was done. The person I now have to depend on, is advanced in years with bad health & a complaint which now confines him to the house, nor will he ever be able to go through the fatigue unavoidable in such a situation. He is a good farmer but something more than the farmer is wanting & I have said so much, as you may probably be referred to on the subject ; if you are, for Godsake dont send any one out who is not equal to the task. I hope that settlers will be sent out, if not, it will take seven years to do that on account of the Crown, which Settlers would for themselves in three. Cattle as well as Settlers are likewise much wanted, & till the Country is stocked with Cattle
