In my despatches I have suggested that if the Buffalo returns to this country again that it would be of great benefit if a breed of useful English Cattle & Rams could be sent in her, & have recommended Capt Kent to have the direction of stowing them & I have also mentioned him to Mr King or a proper foreman to be Lieut Govn of Norfolk Island in case it should become vacant
