Since our late disturbance with the Irish Republicans of whom is here a great number, I have come to the resolution of re-settling the Coal-Harbour to enable me to do which a very active Intelligent young man a [indecipherable] has offered as a volunteer and will I have no doubt do very well  I consider the Colony & service much benefitted by the acquisition of a person of that description offering to go voluntarily
