Cleaning up lines.
Church parade.
Packing up stores etc. to be ready to move to Melbourne.

28.9.14  Broadmeadows

Reveille at 5AM.  Kits & stores packed on 3 2 horse lorries & sent to Show Ground at Flemington where we had to go into Camp.
Transport men proceeded by rail 8 a.m. to N[orth] Melbourne thence by route march to Vic[toria] Dock to disembark horses from H.M.T.S. [His Majesty's Transport Ship] HYMETTUS. 567 horses were then led to Show Ground.
