Wild goose: Natives climb trees
upon which they build platforms.
Geese in such numbers that some
of trees are bound to be fre-
quented at night-fall by the
geese. Simply caught and head
smashed. Dozens caught at
a time. Call imitated at
times. Geese are semi-pal-
mated, roost in trees.
At times pluck large leaf
of water lily into which cut
two holes for eyes, hold leaf
over face and swim out to
geese which they simply pull
under water by legs.
