Dear Sir
I am sorry to give
you so much trubles about the
[Leases?] George Howell as been down a
bout it but did not get it, he told
me you wint with him to the Secre
=taries Office but the Secretare was not
a tome he told me he gave you the
Money, all but four pence and that
you would try to git it the Next
Morning. I should be glad if you
will please to let me no wether you
can git it or not as we cannot settle
about the Ground till we git it.
