However I went to the little village church this morning with Mr. & Mrs. Pember and Geldard and tried hard to feel good about it. The service was the prettiest I have ever attended. After church Mr. Pember took Geldard & I for a stroll round his property which covers practically the whole of the town of Fair Oak & a bit more.
