Sunday night 14th Things still quiet. Sent one batch of walkers away during the night & managed to get a sleep to make up for none during the day Weather has cleared up considerably but it will take some time to make much improvement in the line. More sickness coming through also gas from which we have had some deaths. Taubes over during the night.
Monday night 15th No train during the night so had four hours sleep. Frost now making its appearance & weather shewing signs of improvement. The last stunts which draw in the French on our left gave us a mile with about 500 prisoners. The weather prevented a full success being attained. Fritz fighting
