Miner in testimony of our concurrence in the above terms & as a Pledge for our obedience to their Lordships all such instructions & commands as their Lordship shall be pleasd to issue to us during the time we shall be in their Lordships employ, have signd our Names to this Engagement on the           day of                 in the Year of our Lord 1801.

I delivered this undertaking signd by all the Parties & witnessd by myself to Mr. Nepean Augt 21 1801, he told me he should send it to the navy office.
