As a Vessel is now about to sail from this for the Cape of Good Hope, Lieut Grant who commanded the Lady Nelson, is a passenger in her and will lose no opportunity of proceeding to England without delay. It is therefore probable this conveyence will be the first information, of the unexpected circumstances that has occurrd since the departure of the Albion, which took their rise from the Trial of Lt Marshall.
You will long er'e this be acquainted with the particulars of that transaction and as Governor King writes you very fully upon the present business, by Wm Grant it is unnecessary for me to say any thing on the subject, except what relates to part of any letter dated 20th Augt respecting the Governors having
