Dear Sir
This mornings Post brought me the favor of your Letter - I shall be greatly flattered in the visit you propose to honor me with on the 13th - In respect to Lodgings I shall be very ready to assist Mr Garthshore in finding out such as you describe indeed, I had flattered myself they were already found in Cowley House where both Lady Sewell & myself will be extremely happy in waiting upon Sr Joseph & Miss Banks. If you Sir & Miss Banks can put up with the accommodations Cowley affords as it will not put my sister to the least inconvenience I hope you will not trouble yourself to look out for other Quarters.
Mr Ayton [Aiton] was so good as to promise me some supplies from Kew for our Oxford garden which I expect daily to arrive
