Some of the bends in the River however are proposed to be cut off namely that above Mr Tysons Public House & that at the Junction of the Walthamstow mill Tail with the River & some others but I do not apprehend any of them will affect the property you have undertaken to protect. If any alteration takes place I will inform you as soon as I get an acct.
