I miss Board meeting to go to Doctor.  He sends me deaf in both ears. 

I go home and straight to bed.

 I go to E's place after dinner, we do some painting. I catch 9 pm boat home. I go to Stapleton's for Collar and Bank for money.

Friday, 10 March 1922

I wait for P.P. and miss her. I dine alone at Sargents and go to E's rooms until 7.45pm, I go home then. Everyone out.

Friday, 17 March 1922

I go to Harper's. We have a very pleasant evening, I get badly beaten at Billiards. We have quite a long interesting chat about everybody. I sleep badly.

Thursday, 20 April 1922

I have all my elaborate arrangements upset but ever so willingly for P.P. We go to Sargents for tea and then home. We spend a pleasant enough evening.

Garden from 7am to 4pm, to McGlynn, to George. Meet Billy Miles from M'bah. 8.10 home play piano until 9.30 and write to M.M.M.

I meet M & P. and have tea. I bustle away at 6.30. I ring Pet 1601 and go out for a little while as I am V.S.

Cold & windy.  I meet M.P. at wharf and catch 6 pm boat. I go to Sommerhoff & get home at 7.30 for tea unexpectedly.  I read a while.
