Two letters dated Dec. 9, 25 [1875?] in regard to exchange of plants refer to the despatch of chancel windows for Camden Church in memory of  James Macarthur and have therefore been bound with others relating to the

while the "La Hogue" the vessel in which he goes out to the Colony remains in Port, and if enabled to get as far as Camden, I speak of him poor fellow as a confirmed invalid.  I would feel very much obliged if you would receive

the pictures & when we know definitely will have them valued & make Mrs. Onslow an offer to purchase them at the valuation whatever it is. 

We shall have a difficulty to know what to do with these things when we
