OUDERDOM.
Friday 5
Winter's first appearence cold winds heavy rain and of course mud. Tonight the 5th Brig. releive the 6th Brigade
Saturday 6
Sleeping in a pool of water for the rain as submerged my dwelling, "ah" it's awful but it's got to be done
Sunday 7
Sunday 7th, and so far the worst day I have experienced in my life. For we packed the rations on horses & led them to Anzac House through mud waist high and blinding rain and shell fire
