Wednesday 22Things as usual but a Up on racecourse to try Grey with Sapper Dodd up. I was on Hopkins Darky which cast a shoe. Milly too strong for Dodd. Had Darky reshod.
After to Races (8th Bde) & watched couple of races & met Jimmy Force. O.W.C. Then 4 p.m. to Abbeville & knocked about enjoyably.
Hot but thunderstorm about 6 p.m. Very heavy rain for ½ hr.
