Fine. We had examinations all day. We were inspected by General Sir William Robertson, Chief of the General Staff in afternoon at St Johns Wood Barracks. I went into the flat in the evening. Phil & Jack Charley came in. Jack had his commission & is going over to Egypt shortly.
